ODK Central Password Reset Issue

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Once I click on Password Reset, I don’t receive an email containing the reset link, and we are also unable to create new users because they can’t receive emails.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
You can add a user and help that account get a new password, or you can reset the user account using the existing account.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I tried to reset the password, but I didn’t receive a reset link. I also tried to create a new user, but it behaves the same way

To solve delivery issues, we strongly recommend using a dedicated email service such as Mailjet.
