ODK Central Server breakdowns

Our server keeps breaking down anytime we are connected to the data through OData Feed on Power BI desktop. Actually, data collection is ongoing in schools in Ghana and we are expecting 1000s of submissions within the month. At the same time two colleagues in D.C have connected to Power BI directly through OData Feed while one person in Ghana has also connected to the data through same means. We keep getting Server Error 500 and A user is already logged in. Please refresh the page to continue.

What version of Central? Anything change before this started happening?

Has your IT team looked at the logs? What do they say?

I have sent your reply to the IT Team. I am currently not aware of the version being used.

Check your system RAM and Hard drive with df -hT command and try to reboot your instance.
