Is it possible to upgrade ODK Central Server with a large amount of data (Submissions) without losing it? IF YES, WHERE CAN I FIND THE PROCEDURE

It will be worthwhile to create a backup (routine).
Please be clear: Do you want a software upgrade (Central version), or hardware resources upgrade (running out of disk space or RAM)? Both approaches are different.

I want to upgrade the ODK central version (in the Azure server) to the most recent version.
So it's a software upgrade.
