1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
ODK central
I was trying to upgrade ODK central to 2023.4v following the steps provided here https://docs.getodk.org/central-upgrade/#upgrading-to-central-v2023-4. However when building the container (postgres image), this error was shown where I am stuck.
COPY failed: file not found in build context or excluded by .dockerignore: stat files/allow-postgres14-upgrade: file does not exist
ERROR: Service 'postgres' failed to build : Build failed
Another Error I encounter is when building enketo service. i.e.
E: Package 'gettext-base' has no installation candidate
The command '/bin/sh -c apt-get install gettext-base' returned a non-zero code: 100
ERROR: Service 'enketo' failed to build : Build failed
Can anyone help me please ?
