I thought I had read that ODK Aggregate converted timestamps from ODK Collect into UTC for storage. However, the today field seems to store the time as it was collected on the form. Can you confirm that the today field stores user input with no conversion?

ODK Collect (version varies per tablet) stored on ODK Aggregate 1.4 (yes this is old)
