ODK Collect error send keeping original start and enda timestamps

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
When there is an error in ODK Collect submission data to Aggregate and the connectivity fails, the forms appears with error (in color red inside the Form edition: Editar Formulario in Spanish). Is there a way to resubmit the data keeping the original Start and End date? The only way that we found so far, is to edit the register and set the mark check to save and submit, but doing this the start and end date is updated to current and we want to keep the original timestamps

Aggregate version 1.4.15 on Google Cloud Platform java8, api version 1.0 deployed on oct,4, 2018 App Engine
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Force WiFi start-stop to get the error on the form
