ODK Collect: How to search a form by an ID to edit

Hi

When start the Collect and i press Edit button, i get for example:

MyForm
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 14:30

MyForm
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 15:30

MyForm
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 16:30

And now, how do I show the same list but in the following way?

MyForm
MYID=530201
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 14:30

MyForm
MYID=530202
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 15:30

MyForm
MYID=530301
Finalizado: Mon, 15 jul, 2013, at 16:30

Where:
MYID is a calculate QUESTION in MyForm
