We're seeing a number of crashes in v1.30.0 that point to a server not including form hashes in its form list response. Collect users experience this as the app closing right after an attempt to download a form from their custom server.

We will issue a temporary patch to allow this server to fix its response. In Collect v1.31, we will more strictly enforce the OpenRosa formList API including requiring a hash. We will also deprecate support for the undocumented Aggregate 0.9.x API. We will make a standalone announcement for this but I wanted to provide some context for those seeing the crash.
