ODK collects forms in drafts autodeleting when you want to edit

I am facing strange thing, when i want to edit a form saved in draft form strangely autodeletes and I get the above message. Anyone who has faced same problem and what was the solution to stop it.

To better understand what’s happening, could you share a few more details?

  • Which version of ODK Collect are you using?

  • Does this happen with every form you try to edit, or only with a specific one?

Happening to a specific form.

Does that happen every time you try to save an instance of that specific form and then edit it in Drafts, or only randomly for some drafts?

Did you use older versions and experience the same issue?

We have experienced it on ODK collect v2025.3.1 and ODK colect v2025.2.3
