What version of Aggregate are you using? If you are using an older
version it could be timing out.

You can also use Briefcase to generate your CSV. Briefcase will
download all the data from ...more

Upgrade to 1.0.6 as there have been bug fixes to increase the size of
the data that can be downloaded.

Again if the partners in the US use briefcase to download all the data
they can make a CSV without any timeouts/errors. Briefcase can
systematically extract all data from Aggregate (creates a local copy
on their machine). Briefcase can generate CSV directly from its local
copy.

Won't the upgrading affect the already posted data?

It depends on which version you are moving between. How to upgrade
between versions is documented somewhat in the release notes.
