[ODK Community] Dependency cycle error

Any quick fix for this?

I suspect you have an error in your label text, such as by having the label
translation contain an tag that uses jr:itext() referencing
another translation that contains an tag that references the first
label.

Hi,
I have created a form using an xlsform. When running it through ODK
Collect, I get the error message 'Dependency cycle in s; recursion
limit exceeded!' Is there a limit as to how many times I can reference a
variable in a label

Mofya

Hi Mofya,
Could you post the XLSForm you are using or email it directly to me or
Mitch? We will be able to give you more specific advice that way.
Thanks,
-Nathan

In Q2007 you refrence ${2002} rather than ${Q2002}. Since there is no
question 2002 the unprocessed reference is left in the label and for some
reason that will cause Collect to crash. In the future I'll make the
XLSForm converter throw errors when you reference a variable that doesn't
exist.
