Hi Ivan,

That error message strongly suggests that you are using SSL. The VM
doesn't use SSL so try using http:// and not https:// in Collect.

Hi Florence,

ODK Collect doesn't do anything special as far as panorama mode. We
use standard Android methods to ask the camera to take a picture. If
panorama mode isn't available, the issue is probably how your
manufacturer decided to implement the camera software.

What type of make and model of phone do you have? What happens if you
take a panorama
outside of ODK and choose it inside ODK?

ODK Collect picks the first language in the form. I don't remember how
it determines what is first, but I think it's whatever label::language
comes first in the XLSForm. You can also set default_language in the
settings sheet of your XLSForm.

Once your user selects a different language inside the form, ODK
Collect remembers that language choice for that form.

Those two issues shouldn't be related. Is it possible that you had
just run out of quota?

Try a different browser with your login and see if that helps. Also,
try having the project administrator create a totally new ODK username
and password and see if that helps.

Hi Andrew,

CSPro is a great piece of software, so if it works better for your team,
that's awesome!

That said, if you have specific feedback about issues you had or features
you'd like to see added to ODK, I know the community would certainly
