You should check the catalina.log for any errors (you may have forgotten to
install the MySQL database connector).
Note that the first time you log in, you must use your Google account via
Google OpenID.
If you haven't done so, I recommend first installing to AppEngine,
understanding how to log in and administer that, then move to a local
server.
