[ODK Community] Is it possible to change background colour of form in ODK?

No. ODK Collect uses (a subset of) the xforms syntax to describe a form,
but it does not render the form as a web page, and therefore does not
process CSS directives.

Our newer tool, ODK Survey, renders a form as a web page, and it will allow
CSS customization; it is currently in alpha.

We recommend against using alpha or beta software for production
deployments.
