I followed that instructions from http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/ and can upload the app into my GAE account. I could see the logo and the page redirects and failed. My app is

and the command I used to upload the app is
./appengine-java-sdk/bin/appcfg.sh --application=psi-myanmar update ODKAggregate/
Any suggestions on this would be highly appreciated.
