[ODK Community] Track odk users submissions

If you want to know the user that collected the data, you need to capture
that in your form.

Some application properties can be inserted into the form automatically.
The 'username' property will capture the username of the user configured to
submit the data up to the server.

However, maintaining different usernames for each tablet can be
overwhelming. Many sites consider this a configuration nightmare and
instead simply add a question at the start of each form that asks the data
collector to scan a barcode to capture their identity.

Using XLSForm, some or all of these are available for insertion as
'metadata' (see the section about 'metadata' on the xlsform.org site).

And once you collect that name, you can export to KML and those popups
are configurable.
