Looking for a consultant who can help us with organizing and supervising a data collection project in Djibouti. The consultant will take care of designing the ODK forms, giving training to the data collectors, and closely follow up on the field work. The activity will take about two weeks and will probably take place in September. Fluency in French is a must.
