Hey,

What are your criteria for choosing a form builder? You might also want to
check out vellum.

At Nafundi, most of our clients use XLSForm. A small handful who have
very simple forms use ODK Build. My guess is that what we see at
Nafundi is representative of the ODK community.

The only people I know who use PurcForms is the Kobo team. The Kobo
form designer is a fork of PurcForms.

ODK is about choice. Try them all (including Vellum) and pick
whichever one works best for you.
