ODK enketo error : getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN local

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
Tried to install ODK Central on a Linux and was able to successfully do so.

Now post installation when I am trying to view a newly created form I am getting below error.

getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN local

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Central Server on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04)

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Tried different kind of XLSForm

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Locally Install ODK Central

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

As described at https://docs.getodk.org/central-install-digital-ocean/#getting-a-web-address-domain-name, you need a fully qualified domain name to use Central. Your screenshot has a localhost IP of 127.0.0.1 which means you are not using a fully qualified domain name.
