- What is your use-case that you are using Briefcase instead of the export functionality of your data collection server?
- When Briefcase was maintained, it was verified with Java 11. What version of Java is installed on your system?
- Can you provide any additional details about your situation...
- How long does the process run before stopping at 91% and how long do you wait before resetting it?
- What type of server are you connecting to and what version is the server?
- How many submissions are you trying to pull?
- Are there media attachments on the submissions?
- How much free space do you have on the hard drive where you are pulling the data? Could you be running out of hard drive space?
- What is the speed and quality of your internet - could the issue be a connectivity issue?
- Are you behind any network configurations that might be affecting things?

java 341 it's only support this brfcase, it takes to long long to downloads but less export time, other things are normal.
