How do l back up my forms on Google drive as I am collecting data. I used odk build to design my form and have backed it up in my drive. However the other steps of Google sheet I still don't understand. Can you help out step by step including pictures and what other way can I back up my data as I am collecting them.

You can use excel to create your forms you can also use ODK Build it doesn't matter. Is that a screenshot of your uploaded forms? column names look well but the content is empty. Were your forms filled?
Yes, forms are filled. When I try to send the filled form from my odk collect, it keeps saying invalid Id. Don't seem to know where the problem is!
