I wanted to inquiry if there is any available desktop application to create
ODK excel sheet instead of doing this manually. I came across some online
application, but found them not friendly enough, so any suggestions!!!

It is unclear what you are looking for.
There are desktop versions of XLSForm available. One for Windows
and one that runs on all platforms, available from Nafundi
