Please specify the version of Aggregate you are using and the type of
install (mysql using tomcat or postgres using tomcat) with the
corresponding version.

I don't think we have an odkaggregate.html file, I will need to check
with Mitch but if you at least provide the versioning information that
will help narrow things down.

This is an issue with 1.0.3; until 1.0.4 is out, the solution is to install
1.0.2, configure a local Aggregate user with Site Admin privileges, then
upgrade to 1.0.3 and use that local user for configuration - signing in
with Google does not work in 1.0.3 on a Tomcat instance.
