After I send My filled form to My server,I delete my form from the server
and now I want to resend my form and it is impossible so how can I get my
form again?
please help me it is very necessary for me.
by the way the form still in the tab but I don't know how to send it again
or edit it

In View Sent Forms in ODK Collect, press the menu (or hamburger button) to
see the list of previously sent forms. You should be able to see and resend
the form from there.

And if you are referring to deleting the form definition from the Form
Managment tab, when you delete a form, the server will delete each
submission for that form and then delete the form definition. This can take
several minutes or several days, depending upon how much data you have in
the table. It is done slowly so as to not consume all your free quota
instantaneously.
During this deletion interval, uploading a form with the same formId is
forbidden.

I'm sorry. I made a mistake in my response. Click on Send Finalized
Form, then press the menu button (or hamburger button or three
vertical dots) to Change View. Then select Show Sent and Unsent Forms.

Please visit Google Cloud Platform - App Engine Dashboard
https://console.cloud.google.com/appengine and select your application id
from the top-right drop-down. The Billing Status section for your
application id is displayed beneath the Summary and Instances sections.
Verify that you have not exceeded your free quota or daily spending limit
(if you have set up billing) and that you have also not exceeded your
per-minute usage limits.
If your application's usage limits have not been exceeded, then go to Google
Cloud Platform - Overview Dashboard
https://console.cloud.google.com/home/dashboard and confirm that there
are no Google infrastructure issues (these will appear in the Google Cloud
status box in the top-right of this page.
If neither of those indicate any problems, then your application's Logs may
