Hi
I'm trying to set up odk-voice with Asterisk and voiceglue as voice
xml client, but I want some directions to make it, asterisk it's
working and voiceglue too, but now I've to connect odk-voice with
them.
Thanks,
Cristian.

Hi Cristian,
The help documentation is part of the ODK Voice server (under
doc/help.html).
Adam (who wrote ODK Voice) maintains a publicly accessible server:
http://alerer-asterisk.mit.edu:8080/odk-voice/doc/help.html
I've taken over maintenance of it and can also answer your questions.
Note that Adam had to extend the XForms functionality quite a bit, so the
resulting Voice-enabled Xform is unlikely to be appropriate for use in other
Javarosa-based applications (e.g., ODK Collect). The hints field, for
example, is used to pass flag values like (skipConfirmation=true).
The long term goal is for these flags to become attribute values in the
XForm so that other processors can ignore them, allowing the hints and title
fields to return to their earlier uses.

Hi Cristian,
VoiceGlue implements a VERY limited subset of the VoiceXML spec - I have
not tried using it as the VoiceXML client in a while, but I think it would
require substantial modifications to either ODK Voice or VoiceGlue in order
to make it work. I would start with Voxeo Prophecy and see if that works
first. You might also want to try OpenVXI, as it is much more full-featured
than VoiceGlue.
