My company use to collect surveys with KOBO which support mobile and web survey collection, one of my development partner required us to use ODK for both mobile and web survey data collection. So before I buy the ODK products I want to clarify 1. how the ODK work on web interface data entry comparing with kobo collect which I am familiar with.

If you want to fill Forms in the web browser you can do that through ODK Central. This functionality is provided by Enketo. Here is the documentation: https://docs.getodk.org/central-submissions/#managing-form-submissions-in-central so please go through it and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
