Carlos,
ODK collect is setup for internationalization meaning that it can support
most languages. It then depends on whether the ODK core team has received a
translation and luckily some members of the community have submitted
Vietnamese translations (as of 1.2). Therefore if you use ODK Collect on a
Android device set to Vietnamese Collect instructions/button names should
show up in Vietnamese.
Additionally when creating your form/survey you will need to write your
questions in Vietnamese. Please refer to the Open Data Kit website's help
pages on how to create a multilingual form
http://opendatakit.org/help/
Specifically you will want to check out itext
Hope this helps,
Waylon

Hello Yaw,
We met briefly in the past when we had questions about the use of ODK and
mobile technology, I am not sure if you are still around but I am hoping
that you could help me. I have a question regarding the use of
Vietnamese
language using ODK and android phones? Is it possible? do you know
anyone
in your department that us3ed it?
Thank you,
Carlos--
