Old Database not loading after restarting the server

I had configured ODK central in our data centre, and due to the power issue, the server was restarted. After that, when we started the server, the existing database was not loading and showing as a fresh page without any old data.

Kindly help me to fix this issue currently, a few surveys are happening and they were not able to submit the data. I tried the troubleshooting method and it is not working.
