What is the problem? Please be detailed.
Hi, all. I'm sending surveys to the server "successfully," but when I go to Aggregate, some of the surveys are missing. For example, I'll send 4 surveys, but only 3 are actually showing. I can see them under "sent," but they aren't actually making it to Aggregate to be downloaded. I expanded the number of files to be viewed, so that's not the issue.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK Collect 1.4.5, on Samsung Galaxy 4 tablets (Android).
What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I followed some advice I saw on the forum to change settings and confirm that the files were actually sent, which they were.

ODK Collect 1.4.5 is about two years old, so it might be good to upgrade. That said, I'd recommend you try solving the problem at hand first...

From the Main Menu in Collect, go to Send Finalized Form, tap the Menu option (usually 3 vertical dots), then Change View, then Show Sent and Unsent Forms. Now select all the forms, and resend.

In Aggregate, under Submission Admin, select the form. Do you see any incomplete submissions? If so, that might explain the behavior you are seeing.

Export the data in Aggregate to CSV. Do you see the submissions there?
No, it's still not working.
I've followed the steps, resent the saved surveys. It says "successful" for the submission, but a handful of surveys still aren't actually making it to Aggregate. Please help! - bonnie
Oh! I see the forms as incomplete submission in Aggregate under "Form Management" and then "Submission Admin." That wasn't clear to me where to see them. Now I've marked them as complete- great!

And just to add a bit more information, incomplete submissions when you upload the submission, but fail to upload all media attachments, it places the submission in the incomplete submissions bucket. While it's there, it won’t be published to external servers or downloadable via ODK Briefcase.
