If i update a form by adding new questions is it possible to fil them in draft with previus version ?
Is this question about a Collect user? For example, a Collect user has saved a draft with an old form version, you've made an update to the form, and you'd like them to be able to edit their draft with that new form version which may have additional questions?
If that's right, it's not functionality that's currently available. We've discussed adding it, though, and if I understood the need correctly I'll turn your post into an Ideas post so others can express their interest.
This would be particularly useful when a form version has a subtle problem with it that is discovered during data collection. For example, sometimes users discover a path where a note question becomes required with no way to continue filling the form.

Sometimes in the first days of data collection the form is updated according returns from the field.
