There is no specific question type for this action, but you can create the appearance using field-list (see image).
To add a required to the question the best way I can think of is to add relevant on a follow-up note. There may be more elegant ways to do this, specifically having the requirement of one (of the two sub-Qs) be required (please share if you have one!).
