We have turned on https: access for opendatakit.org.
This has caused the XLSForm page to change; for the time being, you must
access the XLSForm converter through a link rather than via an embedded
form.
In the course of this change, I am also replacing http: links to external
sites with https: links, if available.
If you notice any broken links, or functionality that no longer works,
please let us know.
