OpenHDS individual table data sync to tablet is failed

**1. When we trying to sync openhds data from openhds server to tablet, some tables are sync successfully but, individual table cannot sync successfully.

**2. I am using Tomcat 9.0.39, Openhds 1.5, ubuntu 16.04 server OS.

**3 To solve the problem, I check the network connectivity and correctly filling server address.
But, Even though I have testing repeatedly this single table sync didn't be successful.

So, please help me.
