Which OpenRosa Api function or method is used for login and fetching the
blank form? I have attached the screen shot for which i want to know which
function or method is required.

I can't provide this level of support.
If you are working with the code, you should be able to read it and
understand it.
The OpenRosa APIs ( https://bitbucket.org/javarosa/javarosa/wiki/OpenRosaAPI
) are named from the standpoint of the ODK Collect client app.
i.e., Forms Submission is submitting a completed form.
