What high-level problem are you trying to solve?
The delete after send settings is set at the project level in odk collect. This is good especially on data protection and in efficient use of memory space on the client device. However, I have encountered a situation whereby one form (utility form)within the projects uploads many media and its not necessary to keep them on the device after sending to the server. This fills up device space and causes problem especially with low memory devices. I also find it hard to explain to data collectors to manually delete the forms on their end without mistaking a form. The very reason why i usually hide deletion of forms at the project level.**
Any ideas on how ODK could help you solve it
