Can you put the form you are having problems in either in
http://dpaste.com/ and send the link to the list, or file an issue in
our bug queue (http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/) and
attach the form?

i'm french and start to use ODK.
I made my aggregate serveur in http://sncfdijon.appspot.com/ in new
version 1.0 beta 2 et make some Forms with ODK Buildbut when i import the simple.xml forms, i have a error :
Error: Unable to find form with matching Form Id as submissioncan you help me ? i'm sure i't a begginner error ...
but i test it too with the demo sample forms take on the demo site of
ODK (download and take from my phone) : New Widgets.XML, and i have
the save error ...when i put directly the Simple.xml file in the /ODK/forms/ folder of
my ARCHOS 7o tablet (with 1.1.7 ODK Collect), it work nice !
so ....

Please confirm that you have loaded the form definition onto
http://sncfdijon.appspot.com/
Since another user forgot that step, I suspect the redesigned user interface
of the server
doesn't make it clear what forms the server can accept. It can't accept a
submission until
the form definition for the submission is loaded onto the server.
Upload the form definition by going to the Management / Forms List tab and
choosing "New Form"
Then verify that your phone can download that form from your Aggregate
server.
If it can't, perhaps you have not configured Aggregate to allow anonymous
submissions or have not defined users and assigned passwords to allow them
to access the server (and then specified that username when accessing the
server)?
You can test out the form download from your Aggregate instance by opening a
browser window on your phone and navigating to
http://sncfdijon.appspot.com/formList
You should see the list of forms your Aggregate instance has available, and
will be prompted for a username/password if your server is configured to
require authenticated submissions.
Once you have that working, the submission side should work fine.
