I have setup my aggregate server on my host but I cant access from my ODK
collect. my aggregate URL is odk.ol-digital.com
What could be the problem

You should follow these steps:
when installing your own Tomcat server.
Open the browser on the phone and type in the URL for your server.
If it does not display your ODK Aggregate login screen, you need to first
configure your server for network access.
Otherwise, if it does display that login, you likely did not change the URL
that ODK Collect uses to access forms. That is on the Change Settings menu
within ODK Collect.
