Plans to release Collect v1.4?

Timeline? Just curious. Thanks.

I would benefit from this as well. I have some fieldwork coming up and I
was planning to use 1.4, but I need to get a development plan finalized
soon.

Anybody have an answer for this? ODK Collect still shows up as 1.3 in the
Play store for me. Thanks.

Hi Jason,

I think much of the core team is on travel this month. And even if
they weren't, ODK is an academic research project and the academic
research part takes priority. For that reason, timelines will tend to
shift, sometimes by a lot.

My recommendation is that you should not plan around any of the
tentative release dates. If trunk is stable enough for you, go for it.
If it's not, then use the older versions.

One thing that Nafundi could do is help institute more predictable
release cycles with much heavier quality assurance and testing. If
community members are interested in supporting such an effort, send me
an email.

ODK Collect 1.4 is currently available on the downloads page

new issues reported against it, I will likely just publish that APK
as-is."

I am holding up the 1.4 release as I investigate issue:

I've confirmed that ODK Collect 1.3 repeatedly fails to properly flush the
encrypted form data when running on this particular Android 4.3 tablet. I
want to have that bug fix in the 1.4 release I push to Google Play.

Again, if you need 1.4, use the one on the downloads page.
