Postgres and Sqlite(?) Support in ODK Aggregate

Hi,

I saw in the ODK roadmap [1] that postgres will be supported. Is
postgres support working ODK Aggregate 0.9.4 release? Is there any
plans to support Sqlite?

I am particularly interested in postgres and sqlite support especially
these two database have spatial conterpart (i..e PostGIS and
Spatialite, respectively.

Is there any wiki how to setup the postgres in Aggregate?

I like to use ODK for Carbon Forestry and REDD projects for data
collection and upload the data to Spatialite file and Postgis server.

[1] # Aggregate 1.0 (early October 2010 alpha; release late November
2010). Features:
* MySQL and Postgres database support Started

Thanks.

Postgres (and MySql) will only be supported in Aggregate 1.0. Postgres, at
this time, has not been tested, but the layer is written.

It should be possible to write an SQLite persistence layer for Aggregate
1.0; no plans for us to do that at this time, but if your group takes it on,
we would love to have it contributed back to the codebase.

Hi Mitch,

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, I am not a coder and I don't have a group to support
what I am doing right now.

I will just use PostgreSQL for time being. I have PostgresSQL and
POSTGIS server running right now for QGIS.

BTW, I didn't see any "launchAggregateTestServer.sh" file in Alpha 3
zip file mentioned [1]

Where is this file "launchAggregateTestServer.sh" located?

Any hint about the posgreSQL setup for ODK Aggregate?

Thanks.
