Just want to ask something.
I'm working here in Tacloban City Philippines. We coming up a baseline
profiling among the IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons) affected by the TS
Haiyan. The IDPs are moving from one place to another until they have
their permanent shelter/settlement in safer areas.
With this situation, how can we pre-loads the previously collected ODK data
for updating purpose and eventually in tracking the IDPs movement?
