Pre-populate Forms

Hi,

Is it possible to pre-populate forms? For instance, if you have a list of
people and their background information, is it possible to import this
(such as from a .csv file) in such a way that you can download a form for
each person that has their name and other background information already
populated?

Any guidance or suggestions on this point would be appreciated.

Not directly with ODK Collect. Other tools have been built around ODK
Collect that do this, such as ODK Clinic and ODK Tables.
