Prevent duplicate data entry

It is very urgent, please help me.
How to prevent of duplicate data entry in the same device?
Suppose, I have completed data entry for a household, whose 'HouseholdID' is 'HA001'. and again I mistakenly entry data for the same household with 'HouseholdID' is 'HA001'.
Is it possible to restrict the duplicate HouseholdID in the same device.
Let me know, how can I prevent it.

unfortunately it's not possible to do that. There is now way to check previous answers for the same question in saved forms.

Here's what you can do:

Detect and prevent duplicates across repeat instances in one form: Avoiding duplicate selection in repeat group - #22 by LN
Use last-saved in a similar way to prevent duplicates across local submissions of the same form: Deactivate option if selected once - #3 by ahblake (be sure to read about limitations)
Use the entity preview or an attached CSV updated based on previously-submitted data to prevent duplicates across all submitted data (requires devices being frequently online)

If you describe your workflow in more detail, there may be other ideas for you.
