Problem accessing aggregate server

Hi. I am having problems accessing the aggregate server with ODK collect. For example, when getting a form, the message says "Form listing failed. Parsing failed with Unable to resolve host "ebsurvsystems.doh.gov." No address associated with hostname while accessing https://ebsurvsystems.doh.gov:8443/formlist.

Can you help me with this issue?

I can't even access your server via a browser so probably it's not a problem in Collect. Does it work well for you?
