Problem converting excel form to xform

I urgently need to convert a form for upload and use. The xlsform page does not seem to be working - it will not upload my excel form. Can someone assist?

The site should be up (it was down on Friday).

You can also use desktop versions of xlsform.

See the free Windows XLSForm tool
