Problem Downloading with Briefcase

Help appreciated

Running
Briefcase 1.4.4
Aggregate 1.4.7 on a standard Tomcat server

Trying to download a form:
Address: https://vfan.odk.lshtm.ac.uk/vfan/
Username and Password as needed

Briefcase finds the list of forms
Most export fine
For 1 form getting the error below.

I've checked on https://vfan.odk.lshtm.ac.uk/vfan/xformsList and all the forms look correct and the download link for this form appears correct:
https://vfan.odk.lshtm.ac.uk/vfan/formXml?formId=healthcentres_010

Any suggestions gratefully received.

this happening.

The documentation notes: "Make note of all such detailed errors in your log
file. In particular, you need to make note of all YOUR_DATA_TABLE_NAME and
XXXXXX values. In most cases, _PARENT_AURI will be referenced. In some
cases, there might be two clauses, _TOP_LEVEL_AURI and _PARENT_AURI, and in
others, there might be a reference to _DOM_AURI." If we don't see anything
with the string AURI, are we on the wrong page?
