Problem in postgres

We are working in postgres as the backend for ODK Aggregate but when we
upload the form with collected data the postgres is automatically is
framing many tables. for example if my form as 5 tables but postgres having
30 columns that creating problem in publishing the data in geoserver. Can
anyone help me with this problem. please reply as soon as possbile
