Error: Unable to find form with matching Form Id as submission
i got this error please see my attached file and let me know how to deal
with this error.

You need to first upload your form definition onto your server before you
can submit filled-in forms to that server.
To do that, Log onto your server, go to Forms Managment / Forms List, and
click "Add New Form"
