Problem on External Choices after application update

I have created a survey on ODK with external choices options but after a new update of application i am unable to get response from external choices options..
I am not getting any response on "Shopkeeper" variable on application.

ODK Aggregate, ODK Collect (v2021.2.0)

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?

I installed previous ODK Collect (v1.30.1), problem solved...

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

Thanks for the report. Please make sure to follow the betas category and help verify releases.

This can be fixed from within v2021.2 by clearing out blank forms and redownloading them: Settings > Project management > Reset > Blank forms.

Upgrade issue is tracked at https://github.com/getodk/collect/issues/4767

This should now be resolved by upgrading to v2021.2.2.
