Problem receiving data

Hello all,
since the lastes release of the Collect app we're not receiving all sended data. User's phones shows (3) but we get only 2.

Is anyone else getting the same issue?

Does your form collect any media? You could have received incomplete submissions if the internet connection was not stable. From Aggregate, click on the Form Management tab and then click on Submission Admin. Do you see any submissions there?

What happens when you try to resend the missing submission? You can do that from Send Finalized Form. Tap on the three dot menu in the upper right of the screen and then select "Change View". Tap "Show Sent and Unsent Forms" and then select the "Show Sent and Unsent Forms" option.
