Problem with JSON exporting of big dataset

JSON file export problem....problem happening with big dataset, not with small one. Any suggestion or any solution.
Need urgent help.

With ODK aggregate 1.6.1 running on windows server.

What do your Tomcat logs say? What have you tried so far to fix the issue?
